Raquel Chaves is a conceptual and transdisciplinary artist working across text, installation, digital media, mixed materials, and interactive formats.Her projects often unfold as series exploring systems of meaning, human behaviour, language, games, archetypes, branding, affect, perception, and the evolving relationship between humans and artificial intelligence.Combining humour, critique, embodied experience, and speculative thinking, she creates conceptual environments, participatory situations, objects, and visual propositions that invite reflection on how meaning, identity, emotions, and cultural narratives are constructed, performed, perceived, and negotiated.Her practice also engages with slowness, presence, sensory awareness, and relational encounters through walking, observation, colour, sound, and site-responsive processes.
