Raquel Chaves is a transdisciplinary artist and artistic researcher working across installation, text, participatory formats, media-based practices, and site-responsive work.Her work explores language, perception, affect, and relational systems. Often unfolding as series, her projects investigate human behaviour, symbolic systems, games, branding, emotional languages, and the evolving relationship between humans, technology, and contemporary culture.Combining humour, critique, embodied experience, and speculative thinking, she creates installations, participatory situations, textual interventions, and experiential environments. These explore emergent patterns and ephemeral interactions within evolving networks of meaning. They also examine how identity, emotions, and cultural narratives are constructed, performed, perceived, and negotiated.
